Kendra's Favorite Things

Gotta love Ms. Lindsey for always calling things as she sees them. Last night she commented on my Tory Burch gold patent wedges, which even I can agree just scream Kendra... and she mentioned that they are soooo me. I love her for saying.... "They are so you. A tad bit over the top but still classy." Some people might take offense to that comment, but it just made me laugh, and feel confident in the fact that not only do I know who I am, but there is no shame in being a tad bit over the top, so long as I'm still considered classy.

Many are asking about my work situation because of a previous post, so here it is.

I'm still happily at the Convention Center. I'm not sure whether it's the loyalty addict in me or a sense of comfort that I get from coming here every day, but I just couldn't see myself jumping ship just yet. I did receive a promotion, yay, and now have a new sense of accomplishment. I can definitely see myself here for another year or so and then who knows! Until then I'll just keep on booking!
